Website enquiry privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to information sent through the Web Builder Man enquiry form.

What we collect

Your name, email address, business name and phone number if supplied, the website size selected, your message, the date received and your consent to a response.

Why we use it

We use the information to understand your request, respond to the enquiry, prepare a possible scope or quote and retain a record of the conversation where needed.

Where it goes

The enquiry is written to a private server-side record outside the public website and a notification is sent to the site owner. The public website does not use third-party advertising or behavioural analytics.

How long it is kept

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, any resulting work and related business records.

Your choices

You may ask what enquiry information is held about you, request a correction or ask for information that is no longer needed to be deleted. Use the main enquiry form and state that your message concerns privacy.
